Seller/Listing Agent


As your listing agent, my focus is to look out for you and obtain the best possible terms for the sale of your home. After we determine an asking price, I provide you with a comprehensive marketing plan detailing how to get your property sold. This plan will include: Recommendations for home improvements or home staging; Taking photos; Adding your home to the MLS;  Advertising and holding open houses; Coordinating showings with prospective buyers

Buyer's Agent


I will guide you through the home-buying process. I will search for properties to meet your needs. I will advise you on an appropriate price to offer and present it to the seller's agent. Then I will negotiate on your behalf and write up the contracts for you.  I am able to refer you to reliable mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, movers, and more. 

Once we have found a home and you're ready to submit and offer, will I then ask for a signed contract as your exclusive agent. I cannot ask clients to commit to me after we've just met.  Let's get to know one another; if you like me, then use me!

Investor Friendly Agent

Unlike Traditional Real Estate Agents (TREA), I am an IFREA (Investor Friendly Real Estate Agent). I know how the investment process works and the types of properties investors are seeking. I have numerous contacts with investors, not just state-wide, but across the United States. I am part of FortuneBuilders which is a real estate investing education and business development company. Being a part of this elite group allows me access to investor resources not available anywhere else. I am happy to work with any investor with limited means by showing properties, submitting offers, and listing properties. Although I don't actively conduct searches to find off-market deals and calculate ROI, NOI, etc, I do keep an eye out for distressed properties when I'm driving and will forward them on to investors.
